We apply layered security to every account and process data requests transparently. Below are the six areas that govern how your information is handled, stored and, when you ask, removed.

Data Collection Scope

We collect only what is needed to run your account — name, contact details, payment method identifiers and session logs. We do not collect data beyond what your account activity generates, and we do not sell it.

Cookie Policy

Our site uses session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can adjust cookie preferences from the settings panel; disabling analytics cookies does not affect account function.

Account Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and never in plain text. Two-step verification is available on your account settings page and we strongly encourage you to activate it before making your first deposit.

Data Retention Period

Account records are retained for as long as your account remains open, plus the statutory period required by Indian financial regulations after closure. After that window, personal data is deleted or anonymised.

We retain transaction and identity records for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations after account closure. Once that statutory period expires, your personal data is either deleted or anonymised.

Payment records linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are stored in encrypted form and used solely for account reconciliation and fraud prevention. They are shared only with regulated payment processors in the transaction chain.
